Loans Village Gala Day takes place on Saturday 14 June on the village playing fields, commencing 1.00 pm. All will be made most welcome to this afternoon of fun for all ages. Confirmed to open this year's
event is Nutz the squirrel, the Kilmarnock Football Club Mascot, and for the children, Uncle Billy will entertain them for an hour, fresh from his appearance on 'Britain's Got Talent'.

The !st Troon Boys' Brigade Pipe Band, who recently excelled at the BB Pipe Band Scottish Band Contest, will lead the children's fancy dress parade through the
village to the park, commencing at 12.30 pm from Stable Wynd.
